I’m an operator and entrepreneur based in Hamburg. Day one on the MAKE WORK FLOW team — building lean, deliberate things alongside the founders, and helping shape the company as it scales.
I think in first principles. I write to think clearly. I run lean because constraints surface the actual problem. Most of what I’ve learned about operating comes from the years before joining a founding team — advising and operating across DACH and globally, watching what scales and what cracks under pressure.
I joined MAKE WORK FLOW on day one and stayed on as the company raised ~€1M from private angels and strategic backers. I hold equity. I’m not a registered founder. I am, in the way that matters, part of the founding team. Reach out if our paths should cross.
